With the garment lying flat:

Length: 23 inches down from center of back collar seam, as well as down from front center of shoulder seam

Bust: 20 inches from armpit to armpit, or 40 inches around (with jacket buttoned)

Sleeve Length: 24 inches from center of shoulder seam; inseam measures 17 1/2 inches

Skirt

With the garment lying flat:

Length: 28 inches (which includes a 15 inch flounce)

Waist: 33 1/2 inches (Note: skirt does not have waistband)

Hip: 40 inches
