Stencils are reusable, washable, non-adhesive, durable, heat resistant, solvent resistant and reusable (can be use many times).

  • Mylar® Frosted, Milky White Translucent polyester film is a flexible strong and durable film with an unusual balance of properties. It is a translucent film. Because it contains no plasticizers it does not become brittle with age under normal conditions.
  • You can make your own stencils by simply tracing pictures with our blank Mylar sheets. They are easy to cut with a scalpel, a scissors, a laser cutter, a hot knife and even a vinyl cutter plotter (to certain thickness).
  • Mylar are strong but thin and flexible. With care they can be washed and used again and again. They are also solvent proof so you can use any type of paint and easily clean with suitable solvent.

Shipping

  • We ship to your eBay or Paypal address. Please make sure your eBay and Paypal address is correct before you pay.
  • We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible! All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, and sometimes on the same day of receiving your cleared payment. 
  • We offer a variety of shipping services: 
    • Royal Mail First Class - Delivery 1-3 working days (estimated time of transition) from the Royal Mail sending 
    • Royal Mail Second Class - Delivery 3-5 working days (estimated time of transition) by Royal Mail by sending.
  • Delivery time depends on destination and other factors;
  • International buyers please note:
    • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer?s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.
    • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • After Royal Mail collected from us, we have no control over their speed of service. Please bear this in mind in the pursuit of your order. Royal Mail will not accept a claim for damages, except for 15 days or longer have passed since the item was to be delivered. In the case of non-delivery / lost case Item Please Allow this time to expire before contacting us.

Item Not Received

We are sorry but you must allow 7 working days for the delivery of your item before contacting us. Due to Royal Mail policy we are unable to take any action on lost mail until at least 15 working days have passed. If you have provided an incorrect address or are aware of something that may hinder the delivery of your parcel please contact us immediately. Please read the following checklist and helpful information. 
Checklist for undelivered mail: 
* Has the post person in your area attempted to deliver and left you a card? 
* Has the parcel been left in a secure location such as a garage, greenhouse or with a neighbor? 
* Have you telephoned your Local Sorting Office to check if any mail is awaiting collection? 
* Has anyone else at your residence/premises taken delivery without informing you? 
* Have you allowed 7 working days for delivery? 
Working days do not include weekends. 99% of parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch date. Very rarely, parcels can take up to 7 working days to arrive, so please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding your delivery. It is important to note the following: Royal Mail do not allow us to take action on suspected lost items until 15 working days have passed from dispatch date - however we do ask that you notify us via an eBay message (not an email) if you have not received your goods after 7 working days so that we can resolve any issues Royal Mail may have delivering to your address as soon as possible. Return

Our aim is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding RESTOCKING Charge) Upon receipt of returned goods, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in the original packaging intact. If the order is returned to us, even if it was included and transported in accordance with the listing (no longer required / buyer does not convince) a restocking charge of £ 1 will apply to all orders below £ 10 and 10% charge on all orders over £ 10. If the product is not returned in resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or subtract 20% of the initial purchase price paid. We will refund your original delivery charge when faulty or damaged goods and a replacement is not available. Contact us via the messaging service and we will respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends & Holidays,  cases can take up to 30 days, so come to us in the first place, it is much faster ... You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please get Returns Authorisation from us before returning your item. This can be achieved by contacting us via the Messaging Services.
