Our Standard Duty Fire Exit Door is a great budget option when looking to satisfy fire regulations and building control. It comes fitted with an Exidor 296 single point push bar. 

Heavy Duty Model 
See spec below
For applications also needing a level of security, choose our Heavy Duty Security Fire Exit Door which also comes in a larger range of sizes. Compared to our standard duty fire exit door, it is fitted with an Exidor 294a adjustable 2-point security push bar mechanism, it's manufactured from thicker gauge steel and has an extra hinge. 

Included with the door:
- Fixing Kit, which includes: 10 x wind out adjusters, 1 x allen key, 10 x masonry fixings, 1 x SDS drill bit, 10 x wood fixings, 10 x metal fixings, 10 x M6 washers, 10 x M8 washers, 1 x T25 & T20 torx driver bits, 1 x threshold silicone sealant, 1 x mini spirit level
- Push bar to open & Fire exit Keep clear stickers

Outer Access Devices
Our fire exit doors come with a blank external face. We offer a range of optional Exidor outer access devices if you need to use the fire escape as an entrance door too.
Outer access devices come separate with fixings and instructions to be fitted on site. 

Security Drop Bar Kits
To enhance the security of your fire exit door, choose our drop bar kit, which holds the door in the frame by slotting 2 solid bars into 4 purpose manufactured brackets.

We do our very best to see that our customers are happy with their purchases. However, should you wish to return your order for any reason, please read the following:

     
  • • Returns are accepted if they are sent back to us in the original packaging, in undamaged condition, within 30 days of receipt.
  • • All goods MUST be inspected for any damage in accordance with our Delivery Policy, and we kindly request that any claims for damage be reported via email to us within 48 hours of receipt but within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. Where there is evidence of damage to the outer transit packaging you must mark the delivery as “Damaged“ when signing for it.
  • • Should you choose to return your order for reasons other than damage/defect, please contact us for a returns form.
  • • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of any returned items.

How many keys come with the door?

• Personnel steel doors come with 3 keys as standard with a euro profile tradelock cylinder. Upgraded 1* and 3* cylinders come with 3 keys too.

• Fire exit doors ordered with an Exidor 200 series 302 or 322 outside access device come with 3 keys.

Additional keys are available to purchase; we have a key cutting machine on-site. We also offer a key alike system, allowing you to use the same key for multiple doors.


How much do the doors weigh?

• Standard duty doors weigh on average 40kg*

• Heavy duty doors weigh on average 85kg*

• Ultra duty doors weigh on average 95kg*

• Double doors weigh on average 110kg*

Is quantity discount available?

We apply combined shipping rules against all of our doors. After the first door is added to your basket, additional doors are delivered at £25.00+VAT

For orders containing 5 doors or more, we can negotiate more competitive delivery rates


What are the door sizes? What is the clear opening?

• The sizes listed are external frame sizes. We recommend leaving a 5mm gap around the door frame for adjustments when fitting.

• We offer side panels and over panels if you need to add to the width or height of the door. We also offer a cut down service to reduce the height of the door

• To calculate the clear opening (when the door is open), subtract 135mm from the width dimension. E.G. 895mm-135mm=760mm clear opening
