Any dispute regarding the fitting of parts is exclusive to the parts buyer and the supplier. 

Disputes should be resolved directly with the trader using either email or telephone. Therefore "AN Carparts" will not partake in these disputes because it is not AN Carparts's responsibility.

• Please accurately record the contact information of your supplier: Our members across our network are all independent and have no affiliation with one another. It is therefore crucial that you retain the information of your supplier with whom you have received a quote.   

• Check your goods thoroughly to confirm that they are not damaged in transit before you sign for them. This is because unchecked goods may not be refunded.  

• Put new oil inside the gearbox upon installation.  

• Engines must be fitted with a new timing belt, chain, cam belt and new oil upon installation. Completing these actions can stop a void or NULL guarantee/warranty.   

• Alert the supplier within 48 hours if you find that the delivered part(s) are faulty or incorrect supplies have been received.   

• Do not modify, alter or dismantle parts: carrying out these actions will invalidate your warranty/guarantee unless clear permission has been expressed by the part supplier.  

• Money will only be refunded once parts are returned to the parts supplier's premises.  

• Additional costs that may be derived from using our services are not the responsibility of "AN Carparts" and its members. For example, vehicle hire costs, labour charges for the fitting or removal of parts and other fees or charges are not our responsibility. This is because all parts are supplied on a part(s) only basis.
