Our 1 man courier service is included with this item of furniture to the majority of mainland UK areas. Our standard service is to the door of your home so you may need some assistance getting the item in, please keep this in mind when ordering. We do offer a 2 man delivery service to a room of your choice subject to an additional cost - please contact us in advance of ordering for a quote if you require this service.

We use a range of couriers for our deliveries and the service offered is dependent on the item purchased and your location. Please note that due to the nature of furniture deliveries some of our couriers apply small postage surcharges to some remote parts of the UK (not limited to the Highlands of Scotland). If any additional charges apply you will be notified by ebay message of the charge applicable and the procedure to pay. Unfortunately we are unable to list all areas / products subject to additional postage charges due to the vast range of products we stock and the wide range of couriers we use - if unsure please contact us in advance of ordering. 

All of our couriers require a valid contact number for the purpose of delivery therefore please ensure this is included on your ebay record. A mobile number is preferable as a number of our couriers provide text message updates with the progress of your delivery once dispatched. Please note that if no telephone number is provided this will result in delay with the delivery of your order. 

On receiving your delivery please inspect all boxes thoroughly and in the unlikely event that there is any damage to the boxes it is essential for insurance purposes that this is highlighted by you on the delivery note before the item is signed for. 

Please note that the delivery date provided by the system is an estimate and can be subject to change - for real time delivery information please contact us in advance of ordering. 

We are confident that you will be extremely pleased with your furniture, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then we offer a hassle free, no quibble, 14 day returns policy. Please advise us as soon as possible as to any issues and please note that any items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items cannot have been assembled as by assembly of a product it can be deemed as acceptance of the goods. Please also note that the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

In the unlikely event the item arrives damaged then please send us an ebay message with a brief description of the fault along with some photographs showing the extent of the damage. Once this has been received we will shall arrange collection of the damaged item and delivery of a replacement. In certain situations some form of compensation may be offered as an alternative to replacing the item, however any decision to provide compensation is at the discretion of the management team.
