PMGR Permanent Magnet Gear-Reduction Starter
                        The permanent magnet starter design provides a less weight, simpler construction, and less heat generation as compared to conventional field coil starters. The starter is activated via a heavy-duty, three-terminal, 12V solenoid which draws less current.

The gear reduction provided for by this gear arrangement is 4.5:1. By providing for this additional gear reduction, the demand for high current is lessened.

Easier engine starts AND placing less load on your battery!

Simple to install and convert to this starter. Some vehicles will need to add one additional wire from the starter to your fender mounted solenoid.  A sample diagram is shown in the pictures above.  Highlighted in red is the the additional red wire.  Extremely simple install.
