All products are generally shipped out on the day that the order is received, with a cut-off period of 10am GMT, except in very busy times when shipments will be sent out the following day.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address, telephone and e-mail details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

Delivery times vary depending on shipping destination and service chosen.

Our couriers collect daily Monday to Friday only. Any standard delivery orders made after 10am on Friday may be dispatched the following Monday. We have no way to dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday

During peak season (Sep-Jan) processing and dispatching your order may take up to 48 hours due to the sheer volume of orders we are processing daily

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders being sent to a different delivery address will be subject to further security checks. Avoid delays by using Paypal checkout.

 Our company reserve the right to indefinitely delay dispatch of an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
