PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • 16 oz stainless steel double walled coffee mug.
  • Includes press on lid with slide back drink top over hole.
  • Dimensions:  Height without lid 6’ – Height with lid 7’ – Top 3 1/4’ – Bottom 2 1/2’
  • Hand wash only.
  • This item was designed to keep liquids hot or cold for an extended amount of time.  When drinking hot liquids, allow them to cool to a drinkable temperature before securing the lid.
  • Engraves black, no other colors available.
  • Two-sided engravings are optional for an additional fee, contact the seller.
  • Item is laser engraved, not screen printed so the engraving will not ware or fade with time.
  • Design and engraving included in price.

  2. Click "Buy It Now"
  3. Once your order is placed, please send a message with your paypal payment or through ebay messages with your personalized information for your order.
  4. If no message is received with your order. We will contact you to request your custom information for your order.
  5. All products are engraved and shipped with the provided order information, unless layout approval is specifically requested by the buyer. 
  6. If you are ordering 6 or more, please contact seller before placing your order to discuss free shipping and quantity discount pricing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We only accept payment through Paypal.  Orders of $150 or more, contact the seller for other payment types.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for a non-paying bidder.
  • If your order is returned to the post office, a charge will be issued to reship your item.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is done by US mail or other parcel delivery service. We reserve the right to choose which method of shipping to use in order to best serve you.
  • We ship Monday through Saturday.
  • Rush orders are welcome, but please let us know what date you need it by.
