PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• Vacuum Thermos are made of double walled stainless steel with a synthetic leather wrap. 
• Thermos are 25oz with screw on lid that can be used as cup.
• Leather is laser engraved, not screen printed. The engraving will not ware or fade with time.
• Hand rinse only, do not submerge in water.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the design and color that you want to order. Also, input the quantity want to purchase. Each additional thermos receives a combined shipping didscount.
2. Click "Buy It Now"
3. Once order is placed you can send a message with your order, email me, or message me after the order is placed with the personalized information.
4. You can send us clipart or your own design if you have something specific in mind. There is different fonts to choose from. See the picture listings for available fonts.
5. If you request it, we will send you your layout for approval before engraving and shipping.
6. Thermoses are engraved and then shipped.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We only accept payment through Paypal.
• If payment is not recieved within 7 days, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for a non-paying bidder.
• If your order is returned to the post office, a service charge will be issued to reship your item.
• All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days

SHIPPING

• Shipping is done by US mail or other parcel delivery service. We reserve the right to choose which method of shipping to use in order to best serve you.
• We ship Monday-Saturday.
• Rush orders are welcome, but please let us know what date you need it by.
