PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• Glass is laser engraved, not screen printed. The engraving will not wear or fade with time.
• Engraves only frosted white, no other colors available.
• Designing and Engraving included in price. No extra or hidden fees.
• Glass size is 5.25" tall, 3.25" base, & 2.625" rim - 16 oz.
• Glass weighs approximately 13 oz.
• Each glass can be personalized with a different name or Text.
• 2-sided engravings cost extra. Please contact seller for pricing.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the design that you want to order. Also, input the quantity want to purchase. Sold individually. Each additional mug receives a combined shipping discount.
2. For quantities over 5 please contact seller direct to receive discount pricing. You can message me through Ebay for pricing.
3. Click "Buy It Now" if purchasing less than 6 glasses.
4. Please send your design number & personalized information by sending a message when you checkout with PayPal, email me, or message me after your order is placed.
5. Designs can be altered with any text you want. Just ask us and we will try to accommodate anything you need.
6. If you wish to see layouts for confirmation before the order is engraved and shipped, please include request with personalized information.
7. Glasses are then engraved and shipped.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We only accept payment through PayPal.
• If payment is not received within 7 days, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for a non-paying bidder.
• If your order is returned to the post office, a $7.00 charge will be issued to reship your item.
• All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days

SHIPPING

• Shipping is done by US mail or other parcel delivery service. We reserve the right to choose which method of shipping to use in order to best serve you.
• We ship Monday-Saturday.
• Rush orders are welcome, but please let us know what date you need it by.
