DESCRIPTION
This is a new reproduction oil dipstick indicator for the 1975 Cadillac's.  These are hand made to work like the original indicator.    They are for the proper 3/8 tube size that we also make and is sold separately or in a set with a discount. This is just the indicator. 

The handle is the NOT same tube style loop but is made with the flat style from the 65-66 Cadillac's with the 7/16 tube, with the proper dimensions on top. The tube stop is NOT  the same as THE ORIGINAL. The 3/8 tubes had a bell shaped stop, the cost of tooling to replicate these on a limited quantity is too great at this time. The stop we use is the same as the 65-66 engines with the 7/16 tubes. The FULL and ADD indicators are clearly marked (the size and font may vary slightly as we use common stamps for all years to reduce tooling costs) These are made from 1075 spring steel and then heat treated to resist bending as the originals. This is a very difficult and labor intensive project to undertake but we feel the results are worth the effort.

Indicators vary widely throughout the fifties, sixties and seventies  as do the tubes that go in the engine. The year of the engine and more importantly the oil pan used will determine the indicator needed.

Since most packages are shipped through The United States Postal Service (USPS), following your purchase should not be a problem as ALL packages have a tracking number. 

When buying products from Chip's Caddy's you agree that we have fulfilled our duties when the package is delivered to the United States Post Office and they have scanned the tracking number and accepted the package. 

If you do not have a secure delivery location please contact us BEFORE purchasing any item and we will work with you to provide signature required delivery. 

Chip's Caddy's will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipper has VERIFIED delivery to the address provided. 

We will of course help with any package that has not been delivered by the shipping company.
