Returns
We accept returns within 30 days. If the item was received broken/ defected it should be reported to us within 24 - 48 hours after receiving your item. Please kindly keep the packaging since we may need pictures to ensure accurate processing of the defect.
If the item is being returned due to a change in minded and/or preference of the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted automatically when the refund is processed.
