Manila envelope (132 x 80 mm), no contents, cancelled with a black "WILLIAMSBURG JUN 14 Ms" CDS and matching "PAID" (16 x 4mm) and "3" (13 x 8mm). Appears to be fugitive ink, bleeding.

Addressed to "Mrs. Stephen Meekim, Lebanon Springs, N.Y.", envelope fully unsealed.
