Condition: Very scuffed and smudged, dampstained, age browned, edges tattered, separating at fold at top. See scans. Map is larger than my oversized scanner so see all scans. This map has obviously has been very used over the years, but a good mat and frame will keep it safe for generations to come. This map may be worth having a restorer work on it. If in good condition, it would be priced in the $100 +/- range. Priced on the low side because I want someone out there to take ownership and care for it!
I mail maps flat, with a backer board of 200 lb test corrugated, in a clear plastic acid-free sleeve, and in a 200 lb test corrugated folder! So I am confident that it will get to you in without damage.
