Used Lens Filter: H10624 SF-55mm Tiffen Hi-Trans Sky 1A USA

Lens filter has been used, but glass coating is damaged. It seems to be damaged by cleaning or rubbing the filter. I think that damage should not affect image quality, since damaged is only coating. I would rate it at 5, on a scale from 1 to 10.
