Everett started riding a Harley in 1952 and in 1954 racing at Sturgis, South Dakota was his the first win and it was also the first win for Harley-Davidson's new KR model race bike. Everett quit Harley in 1957 and raced a BSA for 1958 then back to Harley in 1959. He won 15 Nationals from 1952-1960.Everett worked with Johnson Motors then down to San Diego.  This is a employment resume for Everett Brashear dated 1972.  Everett took over for Edison Dye and formed Husqvarna Corp West in 1972.
