RARE Antique 1841 Civil Engineer Architects Journal Scientific Railway Gazette -- Very rare vintage and antique 1841 Volume IV full year leather bound with heavily worn marbled boards entire year's worth bound in leather of the Civil Engineer and Architect's Journal, Scientific Railway Gazette -- Hundreds of pages complete with some tables, drawings and pullouts - marble boards are heavily worn and faded -- heavy wear to binding and all areas of leather on the covers - binding edge split and crack heavy and much scraping and loss to parts of the leather - loss of material on the bottom portion of the binding and flaked off material at the year and parts of the title on the binding among other areas of you can see in the photos - leather flakes , dirty and sometimes leaves a brown residue to the touch as is often the case with very old worn leather - some discoloration, spotting and oxidation,. edge tears, to pages but as you can see by the photos the contents of the books pages was preserved pretty well for the most part -- I have included dozens of large format photos for you to best be able to judge the condition and contents of this very early and hard to find leather bound journal or magazine book - Other years of this book from the same collection will also be listed - We combine shipping whenever possible -- see photos for best judge of actual condition and content.
