iGO Primo GPS Navigation Mapping:

Every iGO Primo GPS Map card will come with Naviplus's GPS Navigation Products.

For Australia and New Zealand customers, It will come with the latest Map info for entire country,

and for International customers, you will be able to download your country map info from

Naviextras, with simple sign up and direct update / purchase of latest Map update.

Notes

  • Before purchasing the product , we highly advise you to give us your vehicle detail to check compatibility, it involves with Vehicle model info and photo of your audio display.
  • We recommend you to hire the professional installer to install our product, for damage free installation and proper warranty
    Yet this product is somewhat in DIY level, which we will be providing Installation manual regardless.

  • Be advised that if you are in overseas to Australia, you will be required to purchase GPS map info of your country from naviextras.com


Refund / Warranty and Replacement:

We provide 12 months warranty for our products.

And from the day of receiving the system, you must inform us if you'd like to refund or claim for Warranty replacement within 7 days, along with reason of request.


For the replacement, in event of our product needs to be replaced to a new system, we request to return the product to us, at buyer's cost.

And once we receive the system we will commence testing and firmware update for the system if required - It will take up to 1-2 days.

Up on simple update fix / replacement confirmed , will dispatch it back to customer at our cost.

Yet we always do a pre-testing prior to dispatch in first place, to minimize this kind of event.

Once we receive the product back to us, we will test the unit with our system to check whether it has been used or not - via checking If It stored Car's Data signals

Then we will be able to assist you with the result.

Please be advised that we do not refund transaction fee involved & shipping fee, also we are not obligated to refund the expenses occurred with 3rd party Installer / Auto electricians.
