I try and ship every item within 1 business day but some items may take longer. Make sure you can wait until the last day of ebay's estimated delivery date range.
I want you to be happy with this item but please make sure you check the sizes, color, shape, etc. you need as I am unable to refund your shipping costs in the event of a return under those circumstances. I can only refund your shipping costs if the item is not as described.
As with any purchase, if you open your manufacturer sealed box and find a missing piece, please contact the manufacturer for faster service.
Any warranty (if offered) is only good in the U.S.
All electrical items sold are manufactured for U.S. current/voltage. Plugging a U.S. item into a foreign country's voltage may cause the item to short out. You are responsible to ensure the item(s) you purchase can be safely used in your country.
Items shipped from the warehouse are ordered immediately. It may not be possible to cancel your purchase after 30 minutes. But if your item has not yet shipped, I can help you get it returned.
If an item has shipping damage when it's delivered and you happen to catch the delivery driver simply refuse to accept it. If you don't see the driver it's no problem as all my items come with FULL insurance. I will dispute any accusation that I intentionally shipped a damaged without listing such damage in the description. You will be able to get reimbursed immediately for shipping damage if you;
- A) agree to send at least 2 photos - 1 of the box the item shipped in and 1 of the damaged item,
- B) agree to hold the item in case the carrier wants to pick it up for inspection,
- C) agree to provide any information the carrier requests of you.
- If you do NOT agree to all these terms please do NOT purchase this item.
I can not reimburse you without the photos. The sooner you send the pictures, the sooner I can file the claim. Insurance may take 2-3 weeks to be paid out.
Please submit photos for item not as described and damaged item claims.
Condition ratings are based on a scale of EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD, GOOD, FAIR and POOR.
NEW-OTHER condition = A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
I may upgrade your shipping (Economy to Standard or Expedited, or Standard to Expedited) depending on how my other orders are to be shipped. But I will NEVER downgrade it.

I try and keep at least one of every item I sell on hand for quick shipment and for local pickups. However, I offer these items across multiple internet sales platforms and depending on my reorder status, your item may ship directly from the warehouse instead.
I am only able to ship items to the ebay address on the shipping label. To change your address prior to payment click the change address link, add your new address, then click the ship to this address button.
