Descripción: Se trata de un cordobán hecho en cuero repujado. Tiene un tamaño casi idéntico al Din A4. Se trata de la imagen de la Virgen María con el niño Jesús. En el relieve de las coronas, aparecen partes doradas, que puede tratarse de pan de oro. 
Restos de policromía.
