WARRANTY DETAILS:
If for any reason the probe fails within the first 30 days we will change it no questions asked. If it fails after the first 30 days then we will need to physically analyze the probe to make sure it is a manufacturing problem (or to see if it has been dropped or mis-used). If it is a manufacturing problem we will fix it and send it back to you. If it was dropped or mis-used we will offer you a discounted repair quote and customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, handling fees, plus a 25% restocking fee.  Please, let's make sure you purchase the correct transducer for your system to avoid costly mistakes. 
NOTE FOR U.S.A. BASED MEDICAL DOCTORS:
"COMPATIBLE TRANSDUCERS" or "After Market Transducers" are not made by the original brand and are not FDA certified; therefore you are not eligible to buy them. US based medical doctors can buy the item only if it will be exported outside of the U.S.A. or if they are to be used in veterinary applications inside the U.S.A. Doctors based outside of the United States CAN freely purchased these transducers.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
We will ship approximately between 10 to 14 days after receiving your full payment.
