The listing is for a Brand New rear boot mounted fuse/relay which fits in the rear clam. They are the same on both 2.0L Turbo and 2.2L NA models.  A lot of VX220s have this cover missing which protects your fuses and relays from damage.

May be the same on Lotus Elise and Exige but please check this.
