We can not say if these fit Powerwing or any other mounting system.

Fits over 1 inch by 1/8 or 3/16 thick Crossbar or some other mounting system we are unaware of.

If you are thinking about these for home use, a piece of luan underlayment or masonite attached to say a piece of 2x2 sticking up an inch and these would fit right over. Or?
