Payment Terms
- We accept PayPal only. Personal checks will not be accepted.
- All orders paid by echecks will not be shipped until the payments are cleared.
- 7% Sales Tax Applies for New Jersey Buyers.
Shipping Terms
- Items will be Shipped on the Same or Next Business day after the payment was cleared. Tracking information will be sent to you later upon package shipped via email.
- We only ship to the shipping address that provided by Paypal. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and current. We are not responsible for any package lost due to wrong or undeliverable addresses. For undeliverable or refused package, we will contact customers for re-shipment and customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs occurred. If there is damage during shipping, or wrong or missing item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and keep all original package and content for investigation purpose.
- Standard shipping is UPS / FedEx / USPS. Regular delivery time by USPS or UPS or FedEx vary by 2-4 days. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery by regular shipping.
- Extra shipping charge applies for heavy items shipped to PR, AK, HI, GU, AP, AE, MP, AS, please check carefully and agree to it before placing order. We are not responsible for the orders delay due to unpaid extra shipping charge for shipping to the above area.
- For heavy duty items, we will ship by UPS ground which require physical address. Please make sure you provide a physical address, not a P. O. box address.
- International customers are responsible for all custom duties and brokerage fees.
- All returns must include all original items, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. The damaged package will be refuse, and we are not responsible for sending those items back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For free shipping items, the actual shipping cost occurred will be deducted from refund.
- Non-defective returned product subject to a 20% restocking fee.
