Exchanges, Return & Refunds

Return must be done with 30 days of receipt

There is a 20% restocking fee

Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Item must be returned in original packaging.  

Refunds are only given on the item price, Original Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If an item had “free shipping” , the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Item must be in the same condition as it was when it was sold

Item must not be used, damaged or opened.

Item must be returned in original packaging.

For ILLINOIS sales , you will be charged Illinois Sales tax , 7.75%

Payment

We accept PAYPAL only. Please pay within 4 days of the auction ending, otherwise an unpaid item case will be automatically opened with Ebay.

A shipping & handling fee is added to all orders shipped*

Oversized items and certain destinations will be higher.

Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

We most often us USPS & FedEx to ship. You will get a tracking number.

The quoted shipping prices are within the 48 states only.  

APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico etc. are higher, please inquire.

Also please note that some orders will be shipped “ SIGNATURE REQUIRED “ .

Please make sure the location you are having the item shipped to is somewhere you can sign for it. We are not responsible for any charges to change the shipping address with the carrier or for any inconvenience this may cause you.

International Buyers

Please Note:  Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are solely the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not directly ship internationally. We only ship internationally through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.  

Local Pick-Up *

Pick-ups are preferred on certain items - especially the larger ones.

Please contact us to schedule an appointment to come pick-up your item.

We are located near Chicago in the NorthWest Suburbs.

When contacting us for support, please include your eBay item number or eBay Username so that we can access your information from our records in a timely manner.

Damage/Shipping Claims

Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier.

If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time.  All claims of loss, concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier.  Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it.  Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 1 business day of receiving order.  No exceptions!!!

Liability

The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied warranty or merchantability of fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability of product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection thereof.
