Return policy

We test all our items and guarantee them to be in working condition.  If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with a working one or give your money back.

Shipping and tracking

All our posted items are in stock.  Orders that are paid for by 3pm PST will be processed and shipped out the same day.  We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.  Shipping cost and method varies by item.  Please refer to individual items for more information.  E-mail us for international shipping options.

International orders totaling over $2500 must be shipped via Fedex. Please ask for a rate quote or provide your own Fedex number.

Sales Tax Policy: If your shipping address is in California, we’ll charge you California sales tax (Santa Clara County rate), no exception. We don’t accept resale cards, just like most stores in the mall won’t do. Please bid accordingly. Local pickup: For security reasons, there is no local pick up, shipping only. We are shipping same or next day most cases, if you are local to us you’ll have them in 1-2 days and shipping is free.
