This is a garage car heating system cast by Wasco from the turn of the century in Syracuse , New York. It is made of solid cast iron and is fully functional with the addition of a new exhaust pipe but was mainly being used for artistic display in steam punk and rustic turn of the century machine settings. The length is 18 feet 2 inches (18’ 2”) approximately and the height is approximately 5 foot 5 inches (5’5”) and as far as the weight it is hard to say being that I have no way to measure it without using a truck scale but I would say it is in the ball park of approximately 1 ton. This is a very unique one of a kind piece that would look great in any art studio or home with sufficient means to display it.
