These were my granddaughter's shoes and were not worn very much--maybe once a week for 4 months. They are in very good used condition with very little normal wear or stretching from wearing.  There are no tears, no stains, no scuffs, no holes, no odors. These shoes have been damp-wiped clean,  inside and out. The soles are clean too. Please see pictures for more details.

I DO OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING to save you $. INSTRUCTIONS--PLEASE READ: Place all your items in the eBay shopping cart, but DO NOT PAY until you have finished your shopping with me. Then, click on the button that says REQUEST A TOTAL FROM SELLER. I'll send you an invoice that shows your combined shipping discount. Please DO NOT pay for each item separately. If you pay for each item separately, I cannot refund any overpayment or give you credit. All items must ship to the SAME address.

PAYMENT:   I accept payment via PayPal. Auctions: payment is due 3 days after the auction ends. SALES TAX is added to your invoice for some transactions shipping to New York State addresses.

SHIPPING:  Delivery confirmation is included in your shipping cost. Shipping is done Mon-Fri; no shipping is done on Saturday. Express mail is available at an extra charge. I don't use Parcel Post as it's slow & unreliable. For fragile items or those costing over $250 signature confirmation is required. Notice will be in the listing. Canadians: please read--items, no matter the weight, I'll ship via Priority Mail International. This method includes indemnity. If possible, I’ll use PMI Flat Rate Envelopes as they cost less. No package will be marked as a gift.

REFUND POLICY: I must be notified via eBay email within 3 days after you receive your item that you want to return it--the tracking number info has that date. I must receive the item within 30 days after the original shipment date--the tracking info shows this date. Otherwise, the package will be refused & returned to you & NO refund will be made. If you return it sooner, you'll receive your refund faster. The buyer pays for return shipping costs.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund. In the event I shipped you the wrong item, I'll pay the return shipping cost & I'll send you the correct item at no additional charge to you. When I make a mistake I don't charge a restocking fee.

Here are reasons why I will charge a restocking fee: 1.) If the original tags, extra decorative items, extra buttons & accessories are missing or are not attached in their original places. 2.) There are signs of an item being worn like ODORS from perfume, deodorant, body, smoking, pet, mold, basement, attic, mothball, cedar storage, etc.; SIGNS of human or pet hair, stretched areas, loose or torn stitching around seams/zippers, buttonholes or any other subtle signs of wear & tear. 3.) The item condition must be clean, or new & pristine, as we sent it to you, unless I’ve noted a defect in the listing or photos. 4.) Some EXAMPLES of DAMAGES: stains, marks, tears, holes, missing items, stretched seams, etc. 5.) I may charge a restocking fee for buyer's remorse such as: if you don't like the color or if it doesn't fit & I've included the measurements in the listing. Most clothing listings include fit information, garment measurements & photos showing details; these things are all part of the item description. 6.) The initial shipping you paid is not refunded. If you received free shipping, the restocking fee is charged. 7.) If extensive damage or fraud is detected, no refund will be made. 8.) If we can work out an exchange & the returned item is in originally-sent condition, no restocking fee will be charged. 9.) Any item returned without prior authorization, may be refused & returned to you & you will not receive a refund.

I don't deliberately misrepresent items to make a sale; I disclose any & all defects I see. Photos show defects as best as possible. I answer questions, usually within 48 hours. I use the eBay email system but check your spam/junk mail folder for emails. I work diligently to earn your trust & your business. Many buyers say my items are much better in person & I hope you’ll think so too.
