Multiply by 2 and you have the girth of your chest. Compare this against the sizing table provided on every listing. The unit of measurement is inches. We DO NOT accept returns on custom made scrubs. If the buyer mistakenly ordered the wrong size (ordered bigger size than normally what the buyer wears), I'll be happy to take in the size (make it smaller). The buyer pays for shipping costs and $5.00 service fee for taking in the size.
