NEC RD-360E TV Remote Control (this is the genuine remote and not a generic replacement).  Excellent like-new physical and working condition (only very minor signs of wear due to storage/display).  The last two to ship - when the quantity is 1 or 2 - do not include battery cover but both AAA batteries (not included) stay firmly in place without cover.  So, if you are purchasing this remote to replace your old broken remote hold onto your battery cover.  Otherwise, the remote works fine without the cover.  But as a result the price has been reduced.  Fully and successfully tested.
