Our biltong is packed fresh and given a best before date of 30 days from when packed and posted. We recommend that once the bag has been opened, it should be consumed within 48 hours. If not to be consumed when received, freeze it and take out manageable quantities as required. Prime cuts of beef marinated in a special seasoning spice.
