Gemahlen wird mit Mahlmesser innerhalb einer Mahlkammer. Durch den Einsatz von vier verschiedenen Sieben (2,5mm - 4mm - 6mm - 8mm) erhalten Sie feines bis grobes Mehl. Zum groben Brechen gibt es optional noch ein 10mm-Sieb.
