ABOUT THIS BOOK: Reprints of the daily comic strips of Johnny Hazard by Frank Robbins, published by the U. S. Classic Series. The strip ran from 1944 to 1977, when Robbins retired to Mexico to paint full time. Johnny Hazard was a pilot in World War Two and at its end became a freelance adventurer flying throughout the world, dealing with spies, beautiful women, smugglers, gorgeous dames, sci-fi style menaces, fabulous chicks and all the other kinds of folks a two-fisted adventurer of his caliber would be expected to deal with.
Black and white illustrations, "L'Ampara" with characters Torrida, Hardhat, Brandy and Des Kallum.
