Order Cancellations/Change of Address:

Returns / Exchange/ Concerns:

\      The item can be only be returned for a partial refund.

·         All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition. Returns must NOT have been assembled at any point. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A 20% handling / restocking fee may be charged from time of order.

·         If the item is defective and there is a similar item in stock, the item can be exchanged for another item without handling /restocking fee. However, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
