The Wrist and Ankle Wraps are made with foam inside a neoprene cover. These can be used with the therapy stretch cords for resistance training. 

These multi-use cuffs can be wound around a wrist or ankle to provide light support/resistance in water. Moderate resistive device can be used to suspend ankles and wrists  during aquatic therapy. Latex free. Sold in pairs.
