The loupe has the diameter of 21 mm and built-in 6 bright LED and 7 UV lights (6+1). The 10 power magnification loupe is fitted with Triplet lens (3 single lenses bonded together) so that it is achromatically and aplanatically corrected. 

Loupe can be used as a standard 10X magnifier, or with either the LED lights or UV light when activated by separate miniature on/off switch, functions as either a LED loupe or as a UV loupe.

Natural white light helps to view inclusions such as blemishes, cracks, chips, scratches, bubbles, etc.

Diamonds with fluorescence will appear cloudy when viewed with the UV light on.

The loupe cab be used in any brightness condition. Sufficient illumination plays an important role, allows enough light tosee clearest view of a magnified object. The field of view depends on the strength on the magnification. The stronger the magnification is, the smaller the field of view will be.
