Timeless Stitches TSS-207 "SCALLOPED OVER-SKIRT " Pattern. This is a new, unused pattern in the original factory fold.  The pattern includes sizing for all waistlines and 90, 120 and 160" hoop sizes, a truly adjustable pattern.

From the pattern:  "This over-skirt is designed to compliment any basic skirt pattern, but works extremely well with Timeless Stitches TSS-203 Gored Skirt pattern.  Like the gored skirt pattern, this pattern also used pie-shaped panels, which help to reduce the amount of fabric necessary to construct the skirt.  The skirt is designed so that the scallops can be "pulled" in many different combinations, each changing the look of the skirt.  This also allows you to untie the pulls and lay the skirt flat for laundering and ironing.  The skirt is constructed on a separate waistband, thus giving lots of options for its wear.  Instructions are included for optional ruffles and hem treatments to add design features to the skirt. This pattern does not contain traditional pattern pieces, but includes simple instructions for drafting the pattern to fit the exact size and design you need for any size, shape or age of wearer.

Over-skirts can be worn with many styles of gowns from day dresses to ball gowns.  The second skirt can be used to extend the life and look of a current outfit or to hide a tear or stain in an otherwise perfect garment.

As a ballgown over-skirt, this skirt helps to extend the principle of making a very basic ball gown and then adding options such as skirts, berthas, and different sleeves over time to change the look of your gown and increase the occasions to which it may be worn.  The addition of bows, floral clusters, ribbons or tabs at the scallops will also change this look."

The pattern calls for: Fashion Fabric:  4-6 yards depending on the number of gores.  1/4" satin ribbon for pulls-2 yards for each gore.  2 skirt fasteners.  Choice of trims.
