We take pride in offering a Gourmet Chili Powder made from our own 100% organically grown peppers right here in California. Unlike many sellers who purchase their chilis from stores or have them shipped from Mexico, we grow our own, ensuring that you receive a fresh, local product.
Our chili blend includes various dried peppers such as Ancho, Mexi Bell, Pasilla, New Mexico Red, DiAbol, Habaneros, Ghost and Applewood Smoked Anchos. We also incorporate smoked dried Walla Walla onions, along with other herbs and spices.
To prepare, simply add ground beef, pork, chicken, turkey, or your choice of beans, onions, cheese, and any other ingredients you enjoy. For those who prefer a meatless option, feel free to add extra beans and vegetables. Use about ½ cup of our chili mix for each pound of meat or beans, and add salt to taste, as we use only a small amount of Smoked Black Lava Sea salt.
We cultivate our peppers using compost and compost tea, promoting healthy growth and a flavorful product. Enjoy the freshness of our locally grown chili powder!
