Returns Please contact us for all returns (replacement or refund) to obtain a RMA number. A returned item without an RMA number will not be accepted.

We do consider giving our customers pre-paid shipping label for returned item ONLY if customers contact us before returning the product and let us resolve the problem.

Warranty
