 NOTE: Our fresh product has a 30 day shelf life from date of packing and posting.

Our biltong is packed fresh and given a best before date of 30 days from when packed and posted. We recommend that once the bag has been opened, it should be consumed within 48 hours. If not to be consumed when received, freeze it and take out manageable quantities as required.

Our Chilli Chutney Biltong is made just like our Original, but a few days into the drying process, we add the Mrs Balls Chutney to the Biltong. This creates a sweet, gooey and sticky biltong, which is delicious sweet with a light bite! Please note that this is “STICKY” Biltong when you receive it.

Please note that Chilli Chutney Biltong is wet and sticky due to the addition of Chilli Chutney.
