NOTE: Our fresh product has a 30 day shelf life from date of packing and posting.
Our biltong is packed fresh and given a best before date of 30 days from when packed and posted. We recommend that once the bag has been opened, it should be consumed within 48 hours. If not to be consumed when received, freeze it and take out manageable quantities as required.
Droewors ("dry sausage") is a popular South African snack food, made by drying a thin version of the traditional, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage.Our Droewors has a perfect balance of beef meat ( 100%) ONLY & seasonings, giving you a meaty, flavoursome dried sausage encased in an natural sausage casing.Droewors is a fantastic snack.
