All our UK orders are shipped to our customers using either Royal Mail 1st Class (for low value, light items) or UK Mail (for heavier items).

UK Mail deliveries benefit from email or SMS notifications with the ability to arrange redelivery / deliver to a neighbour.

The only exception to this for our UK customers relates to the very heavy folder-inserter machines that may require specialist shipping.

International shipping is through tracked Airmail via the postal service for items under 2kg in weight. For items over 2kg, the tracked UK Mail "International Road" service is used for European destinations with bespoke courier shipping for anywhere else.
