Yield
Each 4 oz bottle of flavor concentrate produces
one full gallon (128 oz) of shaved ice syrup.
Mixing Instructions (Per Gallon):
Mix 4 oz. of concentrate (1 bottle) to 5 lbs. of sugar.
Add hot water to fill the rest of the
1 gallon container.
Shake well until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour over shaved ice.
