Please allow 1-3 business days for us to despatch the goods after the payment has been confirmed by our accounts.

Delivery: 

We prefer to ship items with couriers, please provide your address that you are available during the business hours. If the receiver is not available when the courier attempts to deliver, re-delivery fee may be charged.

Warranty

1) We will accept a return within 30 Days of invoice, providing the item has a fault or is not as described. Returned items must be checked and tested to confirm the fault before we issue a full refund or replacement.

2) The Customer is responsible for the return postage.

3) 15% restocking fee applies to returned items where there is no fault found; or the buyers change their mind or have made an incorrect choice by their own decision.

4) The returned Item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition e.g. including product packaging and must be complete or this will affect your right to a refund or replacement.
