This is an item that was missed when issued.
The Washington World Expo 1989 overprint escaped the notice of most collectors
and has resulted in a CV of $210.00

I may not be the cheapest on ebay but all my items are post free in Australia
and postage is always combined for overseas
so you'll finish up saving heaps buying more than one lot at a time
against those offering lower priced items with "discounted" postage.

I don't have half a page of  silly Terms and Conditions.
