2.If you use genuine cartridge(OEM) ,due to the chip can not be reset,the ink level will always low. But it will not effect the printer. If the printer do not let you printing. You need Reset the ink count by pressing the paper feed button(or Stop/Cancel button) and hold the button for 5 seconds to reset. The ink cartridge will work again.
