30 day replacement warranty on faulty parts, warranty does not include postage, part must be returned before the replacement is sent, part must be fitted by a qualified mechanic or repairer, warranty will be voided if the part has been disassembled, tampered with or damaged by the buyer in any way

 Parts are second hand and have been removed from used cars, which most have been damaged, all parts that have been removed from the cars, have been tested and checked, we do our best to not sell damaged or faulty parts.

 Handling and packing can take up to 2 days + postage. Our standard postage is sent through Australia Post and larger items will be sent through a courier and takes 1 to 6 working days, if you need your part quicker please contract us and we can send it through express post at an extra cost. Parts will not be sent until payment is cleared, so Pay Pal clears straight away and Bank Deposit can take up to 3 Days to clear.

We accept Pay Pal payments, Bank Deposits, Eftpos, Master Card, Visa and cash on pick up, please make payment within 3 days after purchase.

If you live locally and wish to pick up your part please contact us to arrange a pick up time, we also do cash on pick up.
