Golden Rabbit Enamelware Open Roasting Pan. Choose from solid or swirled designs. 4.5 quart capacity. Measures 12" X 9" X 2". The two coat process results in a slightly textured surface on swirled and solid colors.

This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel. Pieces have a great resistance to chipping. Oven and broiler safe to 500 degrees. Dishwasher safe, but dry promptly. Do not wash with hard water softeners or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not soak or leave in standing water. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. Do not use abrasives or scratch pads.

Enamelware should not be used in the microwave.
