If You Think Shipping Costs are Too High: Why? We pay the prevailing USPS rates on eBay that go up each year. On most listing we don't even add a small $1 handling fee to cover additional shipping materials that cost us money to ship your order securely. We pay for labels, tape, printer ink, clean protective materials, 1st class envelopes, jewelry boxes & more—none are free. Please look for our many items that offer FREE SHIPPING!!

WE DO OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING to save you $$$. INSTRUCTIONS--PLEASE READ: Please, place all your items in the eBay shopping cart, but DO NOT PAY until you have finished your shopping. We’ll wait 3 days for you to complete your shopping. Then, click on the button that says to REQUEST A TOTAL FROM SELLER. We’ll send you an invoice that reflects the combined shipping discount for all your items. Please do not pay for each item separately. If you pay for each item separately, we cannot refund any overpayment or give credit.  We will save you as much as possible. All items must ship to the SAME address.

PAYMENT:

·         We accept payment via PayPal.

·         For auctions, payment is due 3 days after the auction listing ends.  

·         If PayPal asks for a credit card, PayPal is asking for it–NOT US!

·         SALES TAX will be added to your invoice for some transactions shipping to New York State addresses. No exceptions.

SHIPPING:

• Delivery confirmation is included in your shipping cost.
• We ship Mon-Fri; no shipping on Saturday.
• Express mail is available for an extra charge. We do not use Parcel Post as it is slow & unreliable.
• We may include insurance and/or signature confirmation on certain high-end or fragile items. Notice will be in the listing.
• Canadians: please read -- All items, no matter the weight, will ship via Priority Mail International. This method includes indemnity insurance up to $100. We’ll use PMI Flat Rate Envelopes for any item that’ll fit, as it costs less. No package will be marked as a gift; please do not ask -- we will not do it.

REFUND POLICY:

• We must be notified via eBay email within 3 business days of receiving your item that you want to return it. We must receive the item back within 14 business days from the date you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• A restocking fee of up to 20% MAY apply to returns unless we made a mistake & sent you the wrong item. Reasons why we MAY charge a restocking fee include: If original tags, extra decorative items, extra buttons & accessories are missing or are not attached in the original places. If there are signs of item being worn or wear & tear. Item condition must be clean, new & pristine, as we sent it to you, unless we’ve noted a defect in listing. Here are some examples of damage we’d charge a restock fee for: stains, marks, tears, holes, missing items, stretched seams, hair on the item, odors from smoking, body odor, pet hair/odor, mold-car-attic-basement storage odors. We can’t resell the item, as New With Tag condition as you rec’d it. If any of these kinds of damage are present, you’ll be charged a restocking fee. Or, we may charge a restocking fee for buyer's remorse, if you don't like the coat or the color--any reason related to sizing and fit b/c we give you measurements & fit information plus photos are part of the description.

• Initial shipping you paid is not refunded. If you received free shipping, we'll charge a restocking fee to cover our loss.
• In some cases of extensive damage or fraud, no refund will be made.
• We’ll work out an exchange & if the returned item is in originally-sent condition, fees may not be charged.
• Any item returned without our prior authorization, may not be accepted & may be returned to you & you may not receive a refund.
• Sometimes we make a mistake; sometimes we mail the wrong item; if so, we will correct our mistake at no charge to you. If you receive the wrong item, we will send you the correct one at our expense & we will pay for the wrong item to be returned to us.

ADDITIONAL:

• We do not deliberately misrepresent items to make a sale; we disclose any & all defects we see. Photos are part of the description.
• It is your responsibility to read all the listing information.
• We answer your questions, usually within 48 hours. Check your spam/junk mail folder for our emails.
