MATERIAL
The test tags are printed on premium synthetic, non tear adhesive label material that is sized and designed to wrap neatly around electrical cables. They can be used in many environments as they are waterproof, chemical resistant, UV stable and non-fading. The label strongly adheres to itself making it difficult to remove.
CUSTOM
Your test tags will be custom printed to include your contact details/address.
This will provide you with permanent advertising to help with repeat/referral business.
The details you require to be printed on your test tags
need to be provided at/after checkout.
This can be done via the note section in PayPal
or
by sending us a message after payment has been processed.
We can also print your company logo in the details section providing
it is of a simple clear design, contains no shading and you are happy
that it will be printed in the same colour as the test tag listing.
The logo will need to be provided as a jpeg, which can be attached to an eBay message.
The ‘item id’, ‘date tested’ and ‘next test due’ will be left blank for you to fill in.
We find using a fine point Sharpie permanent marker produces the best results.
We do offer printing on this side of the label if you have provided this,
otherwise it will be assumed you require this section left blank.

BARCODE or TAG No.
Each label will be printed with a unique sequential barcode and number.
Your barcode number will provide you with a valuable reference to each job.
Scanning your test tag barcode can mean you are able to create a database
of jobs carried out and easily reference them for future repeat jobs and invoicing.
Some customers prefer the test tags without barcodes.
We are happy to print your test tags with the words TAG No.
instead of a barcode with a sequential number.
If you haven’t made a preference to which method of numbering
you prefer we will print your tags with
barcodes in sequential numbers.
The numbering will be random unless specified.
TWO PART SYSTEM
Each label includes a 9mm section with includes a barcode/number for you to peel off.
This enables you to simply peel off this section and stick it on your own paperwork.
This allows you to easily keep a record of the labels issued
to help with tracking and monitoring of your jobs and invoicing.
We do offer the test tags without this 9mm slit.
It will be assumed that you require the 9mm slit unless you have specified
at the time of ordering the you prefer a complete tag.
Once we have received your details for printing onto the labels,
the turn around time is 1-2 working days prior to dispatch.
COLOURS

The following features of our tags comply with the standards and will assist with your compliance.
1. Made of a non-tear synthetic material, our tags are durable, legible and non-metallic.
2. Our tags are extremely difficult to remove without cutting them off. This means they cannot be reused and attached to a different item.
3. Our tags can be ordered with different colours to identify the testing period they are for.
4. Our tags have areas to record the name of the tester, date of testing and the date when the next test is due.
5. Our tags state that the item is tested to AS/NZS 3760
6. Our tags clearly state that the item has passed testing which is also required.
